From our spacious suites and convenient amenities to our exciting academic atmosphere, University Towers is the perfect Residence. We are a place you can call Home.

All of our rooms are furnished, and have individual air conditioning, heating and hot water units. All of our suites have large living and dining rooms, spacious bedrooms, private balconies and giant walk-in closets. The bathrooms come with oversized vanities and we furnish our kitchens with full size refrigerators, microwaves and electric range tops.

We are able to provide you the options of private telephone lines and high speed Internet access. Each bedroom has two telephone lines and two ethernet lines into which you can plug your PC or Mac. Our 10 Megabit per second Internet Access is much faster than a cable or traditional 56K modem.

We do all we can to make your new home safe, comfortable and convenient. We feature intercom admittance and a courtesy patrol, in-house maintenance, and a housekeeping service. Our on-site management, 9 Resident Assistants and friendly Desk Staff are ready to assist you 24 hours a day. You can pick-up your mail and newspaper, photocopy, fax and send mail all without leaving the Towers.

Our location in the Heart of West Campus puts you where you need and want to be. The University of Texas, "The Drag," book stores, coffee houses, restaurants, record stores and bicycle shops are all part of our beautiful neighborhood.

One cannot overstate the importance of quality food service. We offer flexible meal plans, with unlimited seconds. We employ an executive chef and in-house baker and have fresh produce delivered every day of the week. Come to your tour hungry. Our food is simply delicious.

The Towers' has plenty of places to relax and meet people. We have a sun deck, mezzanine area and courtyard with a large swimming pool, a spa, and barbecue grills. There is an exercise room and a game room, a laundry and TV lounge on each floor, and of course a schedule of theme parties, movie nights and intramural sports. Additionally, our quiet study room, computer lab and piano room are excellent places to concentrate on academic affairs.
