How long are the beds?

All of our beds are standard twins. |
| How can I request a roommate or a suitemate? |
 In order to honor a roommate or suitemate request we need you to fill out a roommate/suitemate request form and have all parties sign it. Once we have received it we will try our best to accommodate your wishes. |
| What is the $400 dollar fee for? |
The $400 fee is a reservation/activity fee that reserves your spot in the University Towers. It does not go towards your rent and is non-refundable. |
| What if I want to change my room style or payment plan? |
Just let us know in writing that you would like to make a change to your lease and we will send you the appropriate paperwork to fill out. After your lease starts, however, no changes can be made. |
| When will I find out about my roommate? |
We will send out roommate and suitemate information approximately 3 weeks before the academic year begins. |
| What if I want to move in early or move out late? |
You need to submit a written request in advance and we will attempt to accommodate your request. We will notify you in writing whether your request was granted or not. |
| How do I get internet? |
 Currently, Internet is available through a service agreement with Apogee. We will send you more information prior to your arrival. However, beginning in 2005-2006, University Towers will provide wireless Internet and local phone services at no additional charge. |
| Can we ship or mail any packages to my out of state student before they check in? |
Yes you can, but this is only available for students who are out of state or coming from another country. We can accept and store two small boxes for them until their arrival. They just need to make the front desk staff aware that we are holding the packages for them. |
| When will I find out my mailing address? |
We will be handing out your mailbox number on the day you arrive. |
| When will we be able to apply for parking? |
One month prior to you arrival we will send out a packet with parking information. You can complete it and return it at that time. |
| Will we get a list of things we should bring? |
You will get a list of items that you should bring one month prior to you move in. |
| Does University Towers offer short term housing? |
 The only short term housing we provide is for groups over the summer. |
