Studio
There are several studio apartments in University Towers. Each houses one student only. Perfect for those individuals seeking privacy and convenience. Studios have a kitchenette with range top, a full size microwave, and a dormitory refrigerator. Studios have one room as a combined living and sleeping area. A studio apartment does not have a balcony.

1-Bedroom / 1-Bath
We have a number of One Bedroom and One Bathroom suites at University Towers. The one bedroom will have two phone jacks and two ethernet jacks. Time Warner basic cable is provided free of charge. As opposed to most dormitories, a University Towers suite will have a large living room, in which you can study or just relax.

2-Bedroom / 1-Bath STYLE A
University Towers has a large number of the Two Bedroom and One Bathroom-Style A Suites. The A style suite has walk-in closets inside each bedroom. The Hallways provide extra privacy for bedroom and bathroom living spaces.

2-Bedroom / 1-Bath STYLE B
We also have Two Bedroom and One Bathroom-Style B Suites. The difference between the Style A and Style B Suites is that the Style B suites has access to the walk-in closets from the hallway to the bedrooms.

2-Bedroom / 2-Bath
We have a large number of Two Bedroom and Two Bath Suites. The living area is quite spacious, with large windows to let in plenty of sunlight. Each of our floors will house 60 to 75 residents. There is a Resident Assistant on each floor to organize social and educational events. As they are all upper classmen at U.T., they are able to help students get acclamated to, and answer questions about University Towers, the University of Texas, and Austin.

2-Bedroom / 2-Bath EXTRA LARGE
We have a small number of Extra Large Two Bedroom and Two Bath suites. The Extra Large suites have a more spacious living room and kitchen than the Two Bedroom Two Bath suites.
